电针对腰椎间盘突出症术后下肢麻木肌电图变化的影响

Effects of Electro-acupuncture on Electromyography Changes of Lower Extremity Numbness of Postoperative Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的:研究电针治疗腰椎间盘突出症术后下肢麻木的疗效。方法:将172例腰椎间盘突出症术后出现下肢麻木的患者分为两组,治疗组采用电针治疗,每日1次,10次一疗程,治疗两疗程,对照组使用甲钴胺口服治疗,连续服用25天,进行疗效比较,同时对两组患者治疗前后肌电图F波传导速度和潜伏期进行检查对比。结果:治疗组总有效率为89.54%,对照组总有效率为73.26%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后F波传导速度和潜伏期均较治疗前有明显改善(P<0.01),治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:电针可有效治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者术后下肢麻木症状,改善F波传导速度和潜伏期。

Objective：To study the clinical effect of electro - acupuncture on lower extremity numbness of posr- toperative lumbar disc herniation. Methods： 172 cases of lower limb numbness of postoperative lumbar disc herniation were divided into two groups. The treatment group treated by electro - acupuncture, once daily, ten courses, two courses of treatment. The control group treated by MecobalaminTablets, take 25 davs continuously. After treatment, the effect was compared between two groups. At the same time, conduction velocity and frequency of electromyography F wave in the two groups were investigated and contrasted before and after treatment. Results：The total effective rate in treatment group was 89.54%, the total effective rate in control group was 73.26%, the total effective rate of the treated group was better than that in control gToup（ P 〈 0.05 ）. In two groups after treatment, the conduction velocity and incubation period of F wave were markedly improved （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The conduction velocity and incubation period of F wave of electro - acupuncture group was significantly better than the drug group（P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： Electro- acupuncture therapy can be effective for the treatment of lower extremity numbness of postoperative lumbar disc herniation, and improve F wave＇ s conduction velocity and incubation period.
