摘要
目的分析遂宁市2006-2010年全市食物中毒检测的结果,揭示遂宁市食物中毒发生的规律和实验室检测能力,为预防和控制食物中毒提供科学依据方法对遂宁市2006-2010年食物中毒的发生起数、场所分布、检测结果等进行统计分析。结果 2006-2010年遂宁市食物中毒高发于第三季度,以细菌性食物中毒为主;食品摊贩和家庭误食是中毒的高发场所;实验室检出的中毒因素以亚硝酸盐最多;肉类及其制品为食物中毒的主要食物类型,引起食物中毒的主要原因是加工不当。结论遂宁市食物中毒形势依然严峻,特别是夏、秋季食物中毒高发,应针对不同场所制定相应的防控措施,确保食品卫生安全。
Objective To analyze the detection results of the food poisoning in Suining city from 2006 to 2010,and to identify the occurrence regularity as well as the detection ability in laboratories.Methods Total number of outbreaks,distributions of the occurrence sites and detection results were statistically analyzed.Results Occurrences showed a concentration in the 3rd quarter yearly from 2006 to 2010,mainly caused by bacteria.Food vendors and households with mistake feed were most likely to take place,with nitrite topped the causal elements.Meat product was the primary food category causing poisoning,meanwhile the non-standard food pro-cessing accounted for the food poisoning.Conclusion Severe situation of food poisoning in Suining remains as before,with a high occurrence proportion in summer and autumn.Pertinent measures should be carried out according to different sites to ensure food safety.
