简述了主轴承盖的铸件结构和技术要求,对两次生产QT400-15主轴承盖铸件球化率达不到技术要求的状况,进行了分析,最后通过采用预处理技术,改进球化、孕育处理工艺,使球化率稳定达到了90%以上。
The casting configuration and technical requirements of the main bearing cover casting was briefly described.The situation that the nodularity of QT400-15 grade nodular iron main bearing cover casting produced in two times hadn't met technical requirements was analyzed before reproduction.Finally,by adopting precondition technique,improving nolarizing process and inoculating process,the nodularity has reached stably 90% and higher.
