摘要
分析了柴油机气缸盖的结构,建立了几何模型并进行实际验证,通过实测与逆向求解相结合的方法,建立正确的热分析CAE材料模型,并将模拟结果与实际生产铸件进行对比,进一步优化铸造工艺,从而提高工艺模拟的精度。
The configuration of diesel engine cylinder head was analyzed,its geometric model was built and practical verification was conducted.By conducting practical test and using reverse solution method to create the correct thermal analysis CAE material model and by comparing the simulating result with practically produced castings,the casting method was further optimized,and thereby the method simulation accuracy was enhanced.
