脑外伤和四肢骨折患者异位骨化率研究及早期康复护理对策 被引量:3

摘要 目的:了解脑外伤和(伴)四肢骨折患者异位骨化发生率及早期康复护理对策。方法:选取单纯脑外伤组57例,单纯四肢骨折组48例,脑外伤合并四肢骨折组40例,随访14~16个月髋、肩、肘、膝关节部位的异位骨化情况,对单纯脑外伤组加强早期康复护理干预。结果:异位骨化发生率在单纯脑外伤患者组、单纯四肢骨折患者组、脑外伤合并四肢骨折组中分别为21.05%(12/57)、4.17%(2/48)、7.50%(3/40),单纯脑外伤患者和单纯四肢骨折患者组之间的异位骨化发生率差异存在显著统计学意义(χ2=6.43,P<0.05)。结论:单纯脑外伤患者的异位骨化发生率较高,应对这群患者加强异位骨化的早期康复护理干预。
