氯化锡催化合成苯甲醛乙二醇缩醛

摘要 以环境友好试剂氯化锡为催化剂,对苯甲醛与乙二醇的缩合反应进行了研究,考察了该绿色催化剂的用量、醛醇摩尔比、带水剂等因素对苯甲醛乙二醇缩醛收率的影响。实验结果表明,氯化锡有较好的催化活性。在回流条件下,催化剂用量约占醛用量的2.83%质量分数,醛醇物质的量的比为1:1.5,带水剂环己烷的用量为5mL时,反应90min,苯甲醛与乙二醇缩醛收率达77.3%。 The condensation reaction of benzaldehyde and ethylene glycol was studied in the presence of a new environmentally friendly catalyst SnCl4·5H2O.The obtained results indicated that SnCl4·5H2O possessed a fairly high catalytic activity for this acetalization reaction.The effects on the yield of benzaldehyde ethylene acetal were discussed,such as the catalyst amount,molar ratio of benzaldehyde to ethylene glycol and water carrying agent.The optimum conditions were obtained as follows: the molar ratio of benzaldehyde to ethylene glycol was 1:1.5,the mass fraction of catalyst was 2.83% of benzaldehyde,the water carrying agent cyclohexane was 5mL and the reaction time was 90min.Under the above conditions,the yield of benzaldehyde ethylene acetal was up to 77.3%.
