摘要
通过氧气强化碱抽提,降低了漂白用氯量,提高了蔗渣浆质量,在同样的白度下,使用氧气强化碱抽提工艺的漂白蔗渣浆的黏度较高,色泽更亮,同时漂白中段废水的AOX含量较使用前降低11mg/L。
By adopting alkaline extraction reinforced with the quality of bleached bagasse pulp was improved. At the oxygen, the chlorine usage for bleaching was lowered, same brightness, the viscosity of bleached bagasse pulp by oxygen enhanced alkaline extraction was higher, and the color was brighter,while the AOX content of bleaching effluent was reduced by 11 mg/L.
