蔗渣浆漆酶/天然介体体系脱木素机理的研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用红外光谱和核磁共振波谱等手段分析了蔗渣硫酸盐浆及其漆酶处理、漆酶/天然介体体系处理浆的残余木素的结构,揭示漆酶/天然介体体系处理过程中木素的脱除机理。分析结果表明,与未添加介体相比,添加天然介体后漆酶预处理纸浆经过氧化氢漂白后,其白度为75.2%ISO,增加了6.4个ISO白度单位。在漆酶/天然介体体系处理过程中,与未处理蔗渣浆中木素结构相比,木素结构中的游离羟基结构没有明显的变化,木素中的β-O-4结构在处理过程中容易脱除,导致Ar-CH=CH结构增加,并且还使得木素木素侧链Cα位羟基被氧化,生成了α-羰基。 The mechanism of delignification/bleaching of baggasse kraft pulp using laccase and natural mediator was investigated, with the analysis of residual lignin structure in unbleached pulp and biobleached pulps using lacasse and laccase/natural system by FT - IR and NMR techniques. The results show that during the laccase/natu- ral biobleaching the final brightness of pulp after hydrogen peroxide bleaching increase 6.4% ISO to 75.2% ISO. The content of free OH does not clearly change, compared with unbleached pulp. The β - O - 4 structure in lignin is easy to be removed, which cause the content of Ar - CH = CH in lignin to increase. The OH in C is oxidized and forms carboxyl structure in Cn of side chain.
