本文通过实际案例介绍了广西南宁凤凰纸业有限公司碱回收炉过热器升级改造后出现过热器底部弯头腐蚀泄漏的情况,并通过对几种典型的造成过热器腐蚀穿孔泄漏的原因进行逐一分析,为碱回收炉的安全运行管理提供实践经验。

This paper introduces the corrosion and leak situation existed at the bottom clbow of overheater after up- grading and rebuilding in an alkali recovery furnace of Guangxi Nanning Phoenix Paper Co. Ltd. Several typical rea- sons of causing overheater corrosion and leak are analyzed one by one, which will provide pratical experience for the safety operation and management of alkali recovery furnace.
