山东省城镇化发展存在的问题的研究

THE RESEARCH ON THE PROBLEMS OF THE URBANIZATION IN SHANDONG PROVINCE

2010年山东省城镇化水平达到49．7％，城镇化进程正从高速增长期过渡到平稳增长期，城镇化质量全面提升，但山东省城镇化的进程中仍然存在着城镇化滞后于经济发展、城镇化滞后于工业化、城镇化区域差异显著、经济发展中的第三产业滞后、小城镇综合实力差，以及长期以来粗放型城镇化所带来的发展矛盾突出等问题．笔者着重研究了这些存在的问题，并分析其产生的原因．

Until 2010, the level of the urbanization in Shandong province had reached 49.7% , which means that the process of urbanization had stepped into a stable phase from the high - speed phase. Although the quality of urbanization has raised greatly, this process still lagged behind the development of economy and industrialization. Moreover, the significant regional differences during the process of urbanization led to the poor in comprehensive strength of the small towns. Furthermore, the tertiary - industry developed so slowly that it cannot keep up with the pace of development of economy. And, on the road of the rough urbanization, the obvious contradiction has existed for a long time. For those, much more attention is paid to the above problems in the process of urbanization and the reasons are analyzed in this paper.
