摘要
通过四辑孔型冷轧螺纹钢筋试验,研究了四辊孔型系统对螺纹钢筋尺寸因素的影响和变形程度、钢种、时效对钢筋性能的影响。提出了四辊孔型冷轧螺纹钢筋生产线方案。试验结果表明:在四辊孔型轧机上,用两道次冷轧材质为A。的(?)6.0和(?)5.0螺纹钢筋,总延伸系数在 1.5时,强度限σ_b可达 750MPa.延伸率σ_5在8%以上,180°反弯完好。
The production mathod of cold rolling thread reinforcing steel with four-roll pass inres-tigated. The efect of four-roll pass system on the size parameters of thread reinforcing steel, andof deformation degree, steel grades and aging on the cold-rolling thread reinforcing steel propertieswere also researched. The plan of the thread reinforcing steel prodnction line with four-roll passin cold rolling was put forward. The result of intestigation indicats that when (?)6.0 and (?)5.0thread reinforcing steel of A_3 steel was cold rolled with two passes on the four-roll pass system
mill, the totall coefficient of elengation reached 1.5, the strength limition σ_0 may reached750N/mm^2,the ratio of elengation δ_5 was over 8%, and 180° reverse bend was very perfect.
