摘要
在弹药准备作业过程中,弹药的存储是极其重要的组成部分,完成此功能主要依靠立体输弹车相对立体载弹架的运动实现。因此,立体输弹车的运动误差的大小对实现弹药的自动存储关系重大。本文在分析了立体输弹车的运动关系的基础上,运用误差理论详尽分析了立体输弹车的运动误差,进行了详尽的计算,给出了误差分析结果。最后对影响其运动误差因素进行了总结,并提出了降低运动误差的具体措施。
The ammunition storage is the most important part in the course of ammunition preparing work,of which the function is realized by transporting Robert moving to shelf according to the suitable control technology.So that,the kincmatic error values of transporting Robert is very important for automation ammunition storage.In this paper,the moving errors of transporting Robert is analyzed and calculated with detail according to the error theory,and the analysis results are given.The facts affect moving errors of the transporting Robert is concluded,and the specific measures to reduce the moving errors are proposed.
