摘要
采用柠檬酸络合法制备CaAl2O4:Eu2+,研究制备工艺及掺杂浓度对样品发光性能的影响。对样品进行了XRD、SEM、光谱性能的测试。研究结果表明:在1200℃下的最佳烧结时间为1h,最佳掺杂浓度8at%;样品的激发峰位于354nm,是由于Eu2+的基态4f7(8S7/2)→4f65d(T2g)跃迁产生的,发射峰位于440 nm,对应于Eu2+的4f65d→4f7的跃迁。
In this paper,CaAl2O4:Eu2+were prepared by citric acid complex method.The effects of preparation and doping concentration on the luminescent properties of samples were studied.XRD,TEM and spectra of samples were measured.The results show that: the optimum sintering temperature is 1200℃,the optimum sintering time is 2h and the optimum doping concentration is 8at%.The excitation peak of samples locates in 354nm due to the ground transition of 4f7(8S7/2)→4f65d(T2g) of Eu2+,the emission peak locates in 440nm due to the transition of 4f65d→4f7of Eu2+.
