摘要
含油污泥处理已成为国内外石油化工行业研究的热点,含油污泥中含杂原子的分子大都集中在胶质、沥青质组分中,氢键引起胶质和沥青质的聚集,在沥青质中虽然像OH和NH这样的氢键基团的浓度很低,但对沥青质的贡献却很重要,Ni、V导致分子间及分子内以多种方式缔合形成超分子结构。研究表明,维生素C诱导含有氮、五氧化二磷、氧化钾等生物复合肥"协同"磷酸二氢铵、硝酸钾、硝酸铵形成原油降解剂,能将土壤中部分原油分解,被污染土壤达到环境可接受的条件,为含油污泥的处理提供了有利条件和技术支持。
Oily sludge treatment has become the hotspot of research in domestic and foreign petrochemical industries.Studies show that most molecules containing heteroatoms in oily sludge are concentrated in colloid and asphaltene components,and hydrogen bonds result in accumulation of colloids and asphaltenes;the concentration of hydrogen bond radicals such as OH and NH in asphaltenes is very low,but they make a very important contribution to asphaltenes;in addition,Ni and V cause supermolecular structures of all levels to be associated and formed among and in molecules in multiple modes.Studies indicate that vitamin C induces the biological compound fertilizers including nitrogen,phosphorus pentoxide,potassium oxide,etc.to "cooperate with" the oil degradation agent formed by ammonium primary phosphate,potassium nitrate and ammonium nitrate and oil in soils can be decomposed;in addition,polluted soils reach environmentally acceptable conditions.This provides a technical support to oily sludge treatment.
