领导者如何以信取威

Ways of Achieving Leader's Prestige through Credibility

领导是一种说服他人热心于追求一定目标的能力。每一个组织要想实现既定的目标,就要充分调动每一个人的积极性。领导者必须具有一定的威望才能做到上下同欲,令行禁止,而领导者的威望只能取自于"信",也就是古人所讲的以信取威。为此,领导者需做到以下几点:尊重下属,以身作则,宽容他人,善于兼听,知人善任,勇担责任。

Leadership is an ability to persuade others to enthusiastically pursue certain goals. In order to achieve the set goals, each organization must fully mobilize the enthusiasm of individuals. Therefore, leaders must have certain prestige to ensure that both the leader and the staff are of one mind, and orders and hans are strictly en- forced. The prestige of leading cadres can only be achieved through credibility, which was highly valued by ancient people. The following should be obeyed by leaders：respecting the staff,setting an example,tolerance with others,listening to both sides,making good use of personel and taking responsibility bravely.
