摘要
旅游景区是旅游业得以发展的基础,目前我国旅游景区的发展潜力在很大程度上不能完全发掘,致使旅游景区的竞争力不高。科学地评价旅游景区的潜力对旅游业的发展和景区今后的发展方向的确定具有重要意义。当前我国旅游景区存在管理混乱无序、环境保护不力、潜力挖掘不够、产品缺乏竞争力等问题。按照市场需求、景区承载力、景区市场占有率这一三维坐标体系,根据旅游潜力的高低,可将旅游景区大体划分为8种类型进行具体分析和评价。
Scenic spots are the development foundation of tourism. However, their development potential can not been fully developed, which resulted in the low competition of scenic spots. It is of significance to make a scien- tific evaluation on the development potential of scenic spots so as to develop tourism and determine the develop- ment direction. At present, there are some problems existing in the scenic spots, such as disorder management, inefficient environment protection, incomplete development, lack of competitive product and so on. According to different tourism potential, taking market demands, bearing capability of scenic spots and market share as three dimensions, scenic spots can be divided into 8 types, and each of them can be analyzed and evaluated by this model.
