摘要
该文提出,中国棉花生产除了受播种面积、气候变化、消费需求、市场价格变动等国内因素影响外,还受国际上主要产棉国棉花产量和出口量、棉花贸易价格、世界经济发展状况和人民币汇率等因素的影响。为此,该文建议,从保障国家安全和满足不断增长的对纺织产品需求的角度出发,稳定棉花生产需要不断加强提升棉花生产发展的科技自主创新能力建设,稳定和巩固棉花种植面积与产量,加强国家宏观调控棉花市场的能力,积极利用国际市场为国内生产服务。
The cotton produce of China is impacted not only by the planting area, climate change, consuming demand and price fluctuation, but also by the output and export of cotton producing countries, cotton trading prices, global economic growth and RMB exchange rates etc. To ensure the national security and meet the growing demand for the textile products, it is imperative to boost the independent innovation ability of cotton produce, stabi- lize and consolidate the planting area and output, enhance the macro control over the cotton market, and harass the international market to serve the domestic produce.
