社区大学引导下的福建乡村社会管理创新

The Rural Society Management Innovation Guided by Community Universities in Fujian Province

该文分析了福建以社区大学为引导,创新乡村社会管理的几个成功模式,提出中国乡村重建的核心目标是在发掘乡村"在地化"的"民间知识体系"的基础上,构建城乡互助、互动的教育、经济体系。为此,该文呼吁政府部门不断创造宽松的行政环境,扶持社区大学,推动社会(组织)参与乡村社会发展管理过程,建设和谐和文明乡村。

This paper analyzes several successful modes in terms of rural society management innovation guided by the community universities in Fujian province pointing out that the core target to reconstruct the country- side of China is to build the mutual urban-rural education and economy system. This paper also advocates that gov- ernments at all levels create the favorable administrative environment, fully support the construction of community universities, and encourage social organizations to engage in the rural society management and build the harmonious and civilized countryside.
