Medical safety is a problem of both medicine and society. It＇s a big issue for the doctor to ensure the safety and avoid any unsafety during the cure. Murphy＇s Law and Hain＇s Rule are important theorems in safety production, which reveal the contingency and necessity of accident. In this article, we＇ll discuss the problem of medical safety connected with Murphy＇s Law and Hain＇s Rule. We consider that it can＇t be entirely avoided but can be prevented when it comes to the medical safety. The seeming paradoxical proposition brings us endless and thought--provoking inspiration.
