摘要 确定梅毒螺旋体抗体CMIA法检测的临界值,并探讨其临床应用。对442例血清标本进行梅毒螺旋体抗体检测。以TPPA与FTA-ABS联合检测梅毒螺旋体抗体结果作为标准方法,使用SPSS19.0软件计算CMIA法的敏感度和特异度,绘制ROC曲线,确定CMIA法的临界值。经统计分析CMIA法的临界值为2.04。CMIA法检测梅毒螺旋体抗体临界值为2.04时,敏感度与特异度最为适宜,可减少临床误诊、漏诊,为临床诊断梅毒提供有利的参考依据。 To establish the critical value of chemiluminescent microparticle immunoassay (CMIA) for determination Trepo nema pallidum antibodies and investigate its clinical application. 442 serum samples were detected for the Treponema pallidum antibodies. TPPA alliance with FTA--ABS were regarded as the standard method. The sensitivity and specificity of CM]A for detecting syphilis antibody, as well as ROC curve and the critical value, were analyzed by SPSS19.0 software. The critical value of CMIA is 2.04. The sensitivity and specificity is most appropriate when the critical value of CMIA is 2.04. The establishment of the critical value of CMIA can reduce clinical misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis and provide fa vorable reference evidence for syphilis diagnosis.
