医学影像诊断学是临床与基础的桥梁学科,又是临床医生的"眼睛",在实际工作中具有举足轻重的地位。如何学习、掌握及应用好它,是众多医学生及临床医生很迫切的问题。本文通过对影像诊断的原则、顺序、步骤及思维方法的介绍,使学习者能够在平时工作、学习中注重思维方法的培养,举一反三,事半功倍,从而有所受益。

Medical diagnostic imaging is a bridge subject between clinical and basic course, which is also the ＂eyes＂ of the clinician and plays a decisive role in the actual clinical work. How to learn, master and use is an urgent problem for many medical students and clinicians. The paper will describe the principles of image diagnosis, introduce the order, procedures and thinking method in detail, help focus on the cultivation of thinking method during usually work, by drawing inferences about other cases from one instance, yielding twice the result with half the effort, which will benefit for clinical workers.
