中国地质大学(北京)研究生培养的使命、挑战与出路

Graduate Education Mission,Challenges and Solutions of China University of Geosciences (Beijing)

系统分析了中国地质大学(北京)的现状与特点,认为中国地质大学(北京)研究生培养既要服务于国家建设,促进科学技术发展,又要提高对学校核心竞争力的贡献率。将研究生培养对于提高学校核心竞争力的贡献归纳为几个方面:一定的研究生规模和良好的结构比例;全国百篇优秀博士论文和北京市优秀博士学位论文的数量;SCI论文的数量与质量(影响因子和引用率);发明专利数量与转化率;国际化程度与水平。分析了中国地质大学(北京)研究生培养面临的挑战,提出了研究生培养的思路和措施:充分利用社会力量扩大师资队伍;提高研究生生源质量,改善研究生的专业结构;进一步完善培养环节;鼓励创新型拔尖人才脱颖而出;提高国际化程度与国际化水平;加强和改善研究生管理。

The current situation and characteristics of China University of Geosciences（Beijing） are carefully and systematically analyzed,and it is considered that graduate education of China University of Geosciences（Beijing） should serve the national construction,promote the development of science and technology,and raise the contribution rate of the university’s core competitiveness,which can profit from enhancement of the following aspects： the number of graduate students and the professional structure;the number of 100 National Excellent Doctoral Dissertation and Beijing Excellent Doctoral Dissertation;the quantity and quality（impact factor and citation rate） of SCI papers;the number of patents and their conversion rate;and the degree of internationalization.Graduate education challenges of China University of Geosciences（Beijing） are also considered and measures are proposed in this paper： enroll more professionals and experts;improve the source quality of graduates;perfect the graduate professional structure;focus on the education process;encourage innovative top-notch talents to come to the fore;improve the degree of internationalization;and strengthen graduate management.
