摘要
随着经济的持续增长,人类对资源的需求不断提高,国家对地勘经济的投入也在逐年增加。而提高资源勘查程度,使资源有效利用,必须有合理的技术团队做支撑。近年来,地质行业不断扩招,地质人才的队伍迅速发展壮大。创建一个适合人才发展的环境,进一步管理人才、培养人才,使得人尽其才是我们需要认真探讨的问题。本文以宁夏地质矿产勘查开发局为例,对地质人才的管理模式进行分析,对人才的管理经验进行总结。
With the increasingly economic growth,the demand for resources continues to rise and investment in geological exploration economy from our country is also growing.To improve resource exploration level and to strengthen more-efficient utilization of resources,we must be supported by reasonable technical team.In recent years,the geological industry’s increasing enrollment led to rapidly expanding of geological talent team.Creating an environment for development,further management,training,and full display of talents is an urgent question to be explored.In this article,taking the practice of Exploration and Development Bureau of Geology and Mineral Resources of Ningxia as a case,we investigated geological talent management modes.
