摘要
《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010—2020年)》提出了"要提高高等教育人才培养质量",并且指出了它的战略地位和培养目标。本文旨在通过研究人才培养质量在规划中的体现以及我国高等教育史中关于地质人才素质、人才质量的提法和政策,总结目前地质人才培养质量的制约因素,进而提出提高地质人才培养的措施。
The higher education has been in highly attention due to the proposition of higher education.Meantime,there exists the quality problem of higher education.The essay,based on the second five-year plan,analyzes how the higher education could improve the people’s quality,especially for geological talents.According to the quantity of talent cultivation in the second five-year plan and the statement of quality of geological talents in the history of higher education,the paper analyzes the influencing factors which restrict the development of the quantity of geological talent cultivation and raise solution.
