政产学研用协同创新模式研究

Research on Synergistic Innovation Mode on the Industry-Academic Research with Government

本文阐述了政产学研用模式的由来,指出该模式是由产学研模式和政产学模式发展而来,分析了政产学研用模式的内涵。进而指出通过集合政府、企业、高校、研究所等各方资源优势,可以取得更好的效果。在此基础上提出了一些可供选择的政产学研用理论的协同创新模式。

This paper indicates the origin theory of Industry-Academic-Research with Government and points that the mode was developed from the combination of Industry-Academic-Research mode and Governmental-Industry-Academic mode.Furthermore,the theory suggests that through the corporation among government,company,academic university and institution,and other resources,great results can be achieved.Additionally,some modes are suggested to be selected for the new synergistic innovation theory of Industry-Academic-Research with Government.
