摘要
班主任在国际化石油复合型人才的培养过程中扮演了重要角色,起到了润物细无声的作用。这主要体现在引导学生由"中学"到"大学"的思想转型,培养学生由"自我"向"集体"的团队协同意识,增强学生由"了解"到"热爱"的专业认知,提高学生由"国内"到"国外"的国际化视野。实践证明,班主任制度不仅使教师贴近学生生活,成为学生的知己,引导学生树立正确的大学观,也使学生增强团队协作意识,及时认知专业并培养专业兴趣,更能使学生提高国际化人文与业务视野,这些均为国际化石油人才的知识结构、能力结构和素质结构培养打下了坚实的基础。
Class tutors play an important role in the cultivation of international petroleum inter-disciplinary talents,just like the spring shower moistening the student's ideology silently and softly.They could help the students transfer their attitudes of mind from senior high school to university and train their team collaborative spirit from self to group.Simultaneously,class tutors could also strength students’ major cognition from outsiders to expert and improve their international outlook from domestic to foreign.The practice shows that class tutor system is really effective,which could make the teacher closer to students,guide students to build scientific outlook on universities and strengthen team collaborative awareness.Also,the system help students acquaint with majors and cultivate specialty interests,increase their vision on international human,culture and business.All the above could lay a firm foundation for the cultivation of knowledge,ability and quality framework of international petroleum talents.
