摘要
针对无缝钢管穿孔式热轧前钢坯端面开中心孔人工定心方法的不足,提出了一种基于激光实时同步扫描钢坯双侧轮廓,在线最小二乘法计算圆心的自动定心方法。论述了基于西门子PLC实现自动定心控制系统的结构和工作原理。实测表明系统很好地满足了钢坯自动定心要求。
For the shortcoming of the manual finding round billet centre in the processing technic of hot rolling seamless steel tube, it puts forward an automatic finding centre method based on laser real- time synchronous scanning the round billet outline, and the centre is simultaneously calculated by on-line least square method. The structure and working principle of the PLC self-centering control system is related and analyzed. The test shows that the system is very good to meet the billet self-centering requirements.
