摘要
在舞台机械控制系统中,存在PLC控制成本过高,多吊杆协同运作通信不易实现,吊杆定位不准确等问题。该文结合CAN总线通信技术,高频脉冲转换采集技术,通过ARM处理器进行系统设计,使得舞台机械控制系统可以稳定、高效、智能化运行。并且在系统中加入了预置功能,大大提高了演出的质量和用户的工作效率。
In the stage machinery control system, PLC control cost is exorbitant, multiple boom col- laborative communication is not easy to realize, suspender positioning is not accurate problem. This paper combines the CAN bus communication technology, and the high frequency pulse conversion and acquisition technology, through the ARM processor system design, the control system of stage machinery can be stable, efficient, intelligent operation. And in the system by adding the preset functions, greatly improves the performance quality and the work efficiency of the user.
