摘要
提出了一种基于Profibus总线通信实现PLC对变频器的控制方法。阐述了变频器Profi-bus模板的配置过程,给出了通信报文的各数据位含义;并结合硬件组态给出了PLC与变频器通过Profibus网络连接的配置和编程。实践结果表明:通过Profibus现场总线通信进行远程控制提高了系统可靠性、可扩展性。
This paper present a method to control the frequency converter by the PLC while the connection is based on the Profibus protocol. Describe the Profibus template configuration process of the frequency converters, and the meaning of each data bits in the communication package has been given. Combined with the hardware, the configuration and programming of PLC and frequency converter are given. The experimental results demonstrate that remote control over the Profibus communication improves system's reliability and scalability .
