摘要
针对真空退火炉温度按给定曲线变化的控制要求,研究了一种基于单片机的温度程序控制器。设计了通过调节磁性调压器控制炉内温度的主回路,以AT89S52型单片机为核心的控制回路。介绍了系统的控制原理、硬件电路设计、温度控制算法与控制软件的设计。该控制器具有响应速度快、调节平滑、抗扰动能力强等优点。实际应用证明了设计的正确性和有效性。
According to the requirements of a given curve for vacuum annealing furnace temperature control, a temperature program controllers based on single chip microcomputer is designed. The main loop of furnace temperature control that the heater power is changed by the magnetic voltage regulator and the control circuit is achieved by AT89S52 single chip microcomputer is designed. The control principle of system, hardware control system, the algorithm of temperature control and the program design are introduced. The controller has corresponding speed, adjustment smooth, disturbance is strong, etc. The actual application proved the design is correct and effective.
