摘要
本文论述了工业装置与设备腐蚀控制或防护设计中应理顺材料与环境的关系,尤其是防止局部腐蚀和环境敏感断裂,对设备的失效分析和系统的安全性分析更应从材料与环境两方面考虑,这里的环境是广义的环境,包括自然与社会环境,人是控制腐蚀的决定性因素,装置和设备的腐蚀失效,大多由决策失误、操作失误和监管不力造成的。全面腐蚀控制不能忽略全员腐蚀控制,最后提出预防为主的理念。
This text ought guiding relation of material and environment in corrosion control and protection design in industrial unit and equipment were described. In particular, relate to prevent localized corrosion and environment sensitive cracking. For failure analysis of equipment and safely analysis of system more should consideration from material and environment two respect. Here environment is generalized environment, consist of nature and society environment. Man is decisive factor of corrosion control. Unit and equipment take place corrosion failure mostly by make policy and operation fault. Total corrosion control not neglect the whole staff corrosion control. In connection, reason for give purport to prevent were presented.
