摘要
炼油装置循环水场因冷换器泄漏,微生物繁殖,粘泥大量滋生,导致冷却塔填料污堵,严重影响了换热效果。结合对泄漏事件的处理过程,分析了炼油装置冷唤器泄漏对循环水系统的影响,以及在石油类介质泄漏状况下的粘泥控制问题。
The cooling tower was jamed by dirt. The jam was caused by cold converters of oil refining unit leaked to circulating water field, reproduction of microorganisms and slime infested, and it had serious impact on the effect of heat transfer. Combined the treating process of the leakage, the impact of the leakage to the circulating water system and control slime problems in the leakage of petroleum media were analyzed.
