摘要
ＣＡＣ４８０型汽车发动机转子机油泵结构紧凑，其内外转子厚度均为 ７．９７８ｍｍ；内转子齿数为 ８；外转子齿数为９；内转子长半径为３３．８２５ｍｍ；内转子短半径为２７．２４０ｍｍ。通过对该机油泵的高温、全速６００ｈ的可靠性强化试验，表明机油泵性能可靠，达到了ＣＡＣ４８０型汽车发动机的要求。
The rotor oil pump of automobile engine CAC480 has a compact structure. The thickness of inner and outer totors both equal to 7.988mm; The number of inner teeth, 8; The outer teeth, 9; The longest radius of inner rotor 33.825mm; and the shorttest radius 27.240mm. Through the intensified test with high temperature for full speed 600hrs, proved that the oil pump has a reliable performance and meets the requirement for automobile engine CAC480.
