摘要
本文针对火炬瓦斯水封罐和柴油加氢装置产生18000mg/L左右的高氨氮废水约6.5t/h,远超过装置的设计1500mg/L处理能力,对净化水质有较大的冲击作用。在实际生产运行中,酸性水汽提塔的处理能力为氨氮≯5000mg/L。经过对高氨氮废水进行工艺技改单独稀释处理后,废水汽提净化后达到60mg/L的工艺指标,达到了废水净化后的循环利用和节能减排的目的,保证作业及生活环境的安全。
In this paper the torch gas water seal tank and the diesel oil hydrogenation unit produces about 18000 mg/L high ammonia nitrogen waste water about 6.5t/h, far more than the device design and processing ability of 1500mg/L, to purify water quality has great impact. In operation, the acid water stripper processing capacity of 5000mg/L ammonia nitrogen. After the high ammonia nitrogen wastewater treatment technology modification alone after dilution, waste water stripping purified technology index reaches 60mg/L, reached after purifying wastewater recycling and energy saving and emission reduction, and guarantee the working and living environment safety.
