计算机辅助修正技术是用于解决检测结果的量值与需要修正的量值之间没有确定的函数关系,甚至没有确定的实施修正作业方向的一些问题。对曲轴滚压校直技术的原理、弯曲变形滚压校直的数学模型和工作机理加以详细介绍,并通过实例具体介绍了曲轴滚压校直工艺的实现方法。
The mathematical model and working mechanism of burnishing rectification for bending deformation are explained in detail in order to introduce the computer aided .modification technique to solve the undetermined functional relation between the amount of measurement result and the value to be modified, even some undermined problems of modificating operation direction to be put into Practice. The method of realization of the crankshaft burnishing rectification technique is presented by substantial example.
