摘要
建立了船用高速柴油机蓄压式高压共轨燃油喷射系统仿真模型,阐明了该系统的结构组成和工作原理,详尽地分析了系统主要部件的物理抽象和软件建模的过程。并就系统主要部件的结构参数对整个系统性能的影响进行了研究,计算结果表明蓄压室容积设定为一次喷油量的50~55倍时可使蓄压器内的压力波动趋于最小化。
A simulation model of high-pressure common rail fuel injection system with accumulator of high-speed marine diesel was established.The structure and working principle of the system was clarified.The physical Abstraction of the main components of the system and software modeling process was analyzed detailedly.The influence of structural parameters of the main components to the system was studied,and the calculation results showed that the pressure fluctuations in accumulator tend to minimize when the accumulator volume was set to 50 to 55 times of the maximum fuel injection quantity every time.
