摘要
以计算多体动力学理论为指导,在曲轴柔性化的基础上建立了轴系的多体动力学模型。分析了柴油机拉缸时曲轴系的扭振特性,结果表明柴油机在拉缸时,轴系的低次简谐1.0次振幅有较大的增加,各主谐次的扭振幅值较正常情况也增大。这一结论为柴油机的在线监测与拉缸故障诊断提供了可靠的依据。
With the instruction of computational dynamics of multi-body systems theory,the multi-body dynamic model was established on the base of flexible shaft.Then,the torsional vibration at the time of cylinder scuffing was analyzed by virtual simulation tools.The result showed that the low-order harmonic amplitude of 1.0 increased greatly and the main harmonic amplitude also increased compared with normal at the time of cylinder scuffing.This conclusion provides a reliable basis for diesel engine cylinder on-line monitoring and fault diagnosis.
