基于发动机在环的整车油耗测试方法的研究 被引量:6

摘要 随着乘用车第三阶段油耗限值法规的实施,油耗成为整车设计开发过程中最为重要的技术指标之一。为了能在整车设计过程中,试制车辆之前,给设计工作提供有效的数据支持和设计验证手段,本研究利用发动机在环(EIL)测试的方法,实现了基于车辆动力学模型的整车油耗测试。实验表明,基于发动机在环的整车油耗测试方法具有很高的精度,能够为整车设计提供数据支持。 As the 3th fuel consumption target for passenger cars coming,fuel consumption became one of the key technique parameters for the vehicle design and development.With the vehicle dynamic model,this research adopts the engine in loop method to obtain the vehicle fuel consumption that is on the developing stage.The result indicts that engine in loop method can give an accurate fuel consumption which gives the vehicle designer support.
