发动机塑料进气歧管模温与注射温度优化

摘要 在注塑成型过程中摸具温度与注射温度对发动机塑料进气歧管的变形有很大影响,运用CAE技术,采用Moldflow软件可以模拟在不同温度下注塑成型过程,预测熔接痕的位置和变形情况,可以避免工艺参数调整。以夏利4GB发动机塑料进气歧管为研究对象,通过分析结果显示:模温为50℃、注射温度300℃时为最佳方案,在模拟基础上制作的塑料进气歧管样品质量很好。 Mold temperature and injection temperature influence the warp of plastic air intake manifold of engine greatly in injection molding.CAE software Moldflow provides the possibility to simulate the flow processes of plastic air intake manifold at different temperatures and to predict the position of weld lines and warp.Mold temperature and injection temperature are determined by comparing analysis results,thus adjustment of technic parameters could be avoided.Analytic result showed that scheme is the best when mold temperature is 50℃ and injection temperature is 300℃ to Xiali 4GB plastic air intake manifold.Finished sample of plastic air intake manifold on basis of simulation is perfect.
