摘要 以消声器理论计算为基础,制定预选方案,在GT-Power中建立发动机模型并进行台架试验验证。再建立发动机与消声器耦合的插入损失计算模型和排气背压差计算模型,得到消声器的插入损失值和排气系统的排气背压差值。在预选方案中选择最好的结果进行优化,然后进行仿真和验证试验。优化后的结果满足标准QC/T631-2009。 Some preset schemes are formulated on the base of muffler theoretical calculation.The gasoline engine model is established using GT-Power software and confirmed with engine test.And the simulation model for analysis insertion loss and difference of backpressure of the muffler is established by coupling the engine working processes and muffler based on GT-power.The best result of the schemes is selected and optimized.Finally the optimized result satisfied with the standard of QC/T631-2009.
