摘要
探讨以廉价无毒的田菁胶及其改性产品,在不同条件下作絮凝剂净化浮选尾煤水的可能性,以期取代聚丙烯酰胺.研究表明:有四种改性田菁胶有明显絮凝效果,以3~#改性田菁胶最佳。在介质为自然pH值条件下,用量5.0mg·L^(-1)时,可做絮凝剂直接净化浮选尾煤水,达到国家规定的排放标准,可望代替聚丙烯酰胺。
This paper tries to make an inquiry into the possibility of using the cheap and poisonless sesbania
cannabia gum and its modified products as flocculant for the treatment of tailing water of coal
floatation, in order to replace the polyacrylamide. The result of research work shows that four kinds
of modified products of sesbania cannabia gum have good effect of flocculation. Particularly the
modified product No.3 of sesbania cannabia gum in condition of natural pH of medium, by using
5.0mg·1^(-1) can treat the tailing water of coal floatation as flocculant. After treatment the water
reach the standard of discharge waste water. It is hopeful to replace polyacrylamide by modified
product No.3 of sesbania cannabia gum.
