通过对国内外已建、在建、拟建市郊 (城市 )铁路管理体制的研究分析 ,认为改变北京地区市郊铁路日益萎缩的状况 ,关键在于管理体制的改革 ,并针对北京地区的特点 ,提出了 6种模式。

The key to change the shrink tendency of Beijing suburban railway lies in the reform of the management system. Summarizing from the suburan railway management system of some metropolises abroad and the management system of rail transit and suburban railway in some domestic cities, the author puts forward six models suited to the feature of Beijing region.
