Microstructure and elongation of aluminum piston skirt of 240 diesel engine

利用光学显微镜、场发射扫描电镜及透射电镜 ,分析了 2 4 0柴油机活塞铝裙的微观组织结构 ,得出其组成相是 :Al合金基体 +Si相 +Mg2 Si,探讨了铝裙微观组织结构与延伸率的关系。

By ufilizing the optical microscope,the field emission scanning electron microscope and the transmission electron microscope,the microstructure of aluminum piston skirt of 240 diesel engine was analyzed.It was concluded that the phase compositions of the microstructure were aluminum alloy matrix,silicon phase and Mg 2Si. The relationship between microstructure and the elongation was discussed also.
