Quality Performance Upgrading Paths Based on Organizational Specific Immunity Perspective: Empirical Analysis of Projection Pursuit and Enter Method

摘要 本文以组织特异性免疫为切入点,基于组织质量监视、组织质量防御和组织质量记忆视角,选取前因变量、中介变量和调节变量构建质量绩效提升路径的理论分析框架,采用投影寻踪法和强迫进入法对已构建的路径框架进行实证分析,得出提升质量绩效的路径,研究结论将为企业提升质量绩效提供理论依据和实践指导。 The idea of"quality is enterprise's life" has been growing in popularity in recent years, faced with fierce market competition envi- ronment, many enterprises continuously carry out quality improvement and innovation, enhance product quality, reduce quality cost, shorten delivery time, increase product acceptance rate in order to meet the rapid change custom demands, ultimately achieve the goal of continuously improving quality performance. How to improve quality performance has become one of mutual interest issues in academic community and business community. Biological immunology, relevant researches of or- ganizational immunity provide theoretical inspiration, new perspective and practical guidelines for further researching on how to upgrading quality performance. Start from the cognitive and behavioral levels of organizational managers to construct theoretical analysis framework of quality performance upgrading paths including organizational qual- ity monitoring, organizational quality defense, organizational quality memory and antecedents variables on the entry point of organizational tissue-specific immunity based on biological immunology and relevant researches of organizational immunity. And adopt project pursuit method and enter method to carry out empirical analysis of the estab- lished theoretical analysis framework, excavate direct paths and indirect paths of upgrading quality performance, seek the antecedents variables of affecting quality performance. The empirical results show that: (1) organizational quality monitoring, organizational quality defense and organizational quality memory have significant positive roles in promot- ing quality performance; (2) organizational quality monitoring is the mediating variable of the relationships among situational awareness, quality metacognition, reflexivity and quality performance respectively; (3) organizational quality defense (including organizational quality de- fense hard elements and soft elements) is the mediating variable of the relationships among self-efficacy of administrators, relationship com- mitment, organizational routines search mechanisms, quality improve- ment and innovation, organizational learning capability and quality performance; (4) organizational quality memory is the mediating vari- able of the relationships among path dependence, organizational unlearn and quality performance respectively; (5) behavioral control, organiza- tional culture significantly positively regulate the relationships among organizational quality monitoring, organizational quality defense, organizational quality memory and quality performance respectively; although organizational structure positively regulates the relationships between organizational quality monitoring and quality performance, the positive regulation function is not significant; (6) result control signifi- cantly negatively regulates the relationships among organizational qual- ity monitoring, organizational quality defense, organizational quality memory and quality performance respectively. On the basis of empirical analysis results, summarize and refine quality performance upgrading paths based on organizational specific immunity combining with the theoretical analysis framework in order to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for continuously improving quality performance and guiding quality management practice of enterprises.
