Synthesis of a New Class of Carbazole Derivatives By the CuAAC Method

采用Sonagashira偶联反应和N-烷基化反应合成了6个咔唑取代乙炔化合物1～6,将它们同叠氮苄进行CuAAC反应,得到6个新型咔唑衍生物7～12。用IR,1H NMR,13C NMR和元素分析对化合物的结构进行了表征和确认。

Six substituted acetylene compounds containing carbazole moieties 1 -6 were synthesized via Sonagashira coupling reaction and N - alkylation reaction. Then these compounds reacted with azide benzyl by CuAAC reaction to obtain six new carbazole derivatives 7 - 12, The structure of these compounds were characterized and confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and element analysis.
