摘要
为了对烟田烟草花叶病毒(Tobacco mosaic virus,TMV)进行提前、有效、快速、准确地诊断和预测预报,采用基因重组方法对烟草TMV的外壳蛋白(coat protein,CP)基因的高保守序列进行了克隆以及在大肠杆菌中表达。结果表明:克隆得到TMV的CP基因并获得大量表达的纯化蛋白。结论:该纯化蛋白的制备为单克隆抗体的制备奠定了基础。
Abstract: In order to effectively, rapidly and accurately diagnose and forecast TMV ahead of time, the highly conserved sequences of CP gene were cloned and expressed in Escherichia coli by gene recombination technology. The results showed that the TMV CP gene was gained and abundant purified protein were expressed. Conclusion.. the preparation of purified protein would lay the foundation for monoclonal antibodies study.
