新生儿与妊娠母亲脂代谢的关系探讨

Research on lipidic metabolic relations between newborn infants and pregnant women

目的 探讨新生儿与妊娠母亲脂代谢的关系。方法 同时测定 118组配对母亲、脐血、新生儿和 42例成人对照组血清胆固醇 (CHOL)、甘油三酯 (TG)、载脂蛋白A1(ApoA1)、载脂蛋白B(ApoB)含量。结果 血清CHOL、TG、ApoA1、ApoB含量高低依次为母亲 >对照组 >新生儿 >脐血。母亲血脂含量不影响新生儿的检测结果。新生儿血清CHOL、TG、ApoB含量随日龄增大而变化 ,ApoA1含量与日龄变化无关。结论 妊娠母亲的高脂血症不能减少新生儿出生时存在的低脂血症。生后及时给新生儿补充脂类物质是必要的 。

Objective To research on lipidic metabolic relations between newborn infants and pregnant women.Methods Concentrations of serum cholesterol(CHOL),triglycerides(TG),apolipoprotein A\-1(ApoA 1),apolipoprotein B(ApoB)of pregnant women,umbilical cord,their newborn infants and control adults were measured and analysed simultaneously.Results Order of concentrations of serum CHOL,TG,ApoA 1,ApoB was that pregnant women>umbilical control adults>newborn infants>umbilical cord blood.Measured results of the newborns were not affected by those of pregnant women.Concentrations of serum CHOL,TG,ApoB of the newborns varied increasingly with their days after birth,but concentration of serum ApoA 1 didn't.Conclusion Hyperlipidemia of pregnant women can't reduce hypolipemia of their newborns.It's necessary for the newborns to be provided with lipidic food at once after birth,and breast milk is the best way of providing lipidic food for the newborn infants.
