贵州省流通环节食品安全保障体系构建的探索

Research on Building Food Safety Guarantee System in Circulation in Guizhou Province

本文通过分析食品安全保障工作的重要性,阐述了食品分析检测在食品监管工作中发挥的作用,比较国内外食品安全保障体系的建设情况,结合贵州省流通环节食品安全监管的现实情况,提出了构建贵州省流通环节食品安全保障体系的思路、做法和运行成效,并对进一步完善保障体系建设工作提出了框架性建议,为保障体系在全国工商系统内进一步推广提供一种建设思路。

The importance of food security was analyzed in the paper. The role of food analysis and detection in food supervision was also described. With the reality of the food safety supervision, the paper compared the con- struction of the food safety system at home and abroad, proposed ideas, practices and operational effectiveness of the food safety system to build circulation in Guizhou Province, and put forward further improvement of the security system to provide an idea for the national security system.
