三聚氰胺快速生物降解研究

摘要 研究三聚氰胺在特定温度条件下的快速生物降解。将受试物三聚氰胺和参比物定量加入一定体积的已接种少量微生物的培养基中,三聚氰胺作为唯一的有机碳源,在黑暗恒温条件下保持受试物溶液完全充满密闭瓶。根据在28d中溶解氧的消耗来计算降解率。受试物三聚氰胺生物降解时微生物菌落消耗的氧量经平行试验的接种空白对照校正后,以ThOD的百分数表示降解率。参比苯甲酸钠28d降解率为71.4%,而三聚氰胺降解率为6.73%。判定三聚氰胺属于不易快速生物降解物质。 A study was made for the ready biodegradability of melamine in the given conditions of temperature. A certain amount of melamine and reference drugs were added to the certain volume culture medium with a small a- mount of vaccinated microorganisms. The melamine was the only organic carbon source in this medium. As a test substance, melamine was inoculated and kept in completely full and closed bottles in the dark at 20℃. Degradation was calculated by dissolved oxygen over a period of 28 days. Degradation was calculated by analysis of dissolved ox- ygen over a 28 days period. The amount of oxygen consumed by the microbial population during biodegradation of the test substance was expressed as a percentage of ThOD, the present conditions of the study, percentage degradation corrected by the blank inoculum run in parallel. Under of reference substance sodium benzoate was 71.4 % on 28th day and that of test substance melamine was 6.73 %. Hence melamine was difficult in ready biodegradability.
