手术室低年资护士应急能力的培养

Training of Junior Nurses in the Operating Room in Term of Emergency Response Capacity

目的探讨临床实践中手术室低年资护士应急能力培养的实用方法,为提高手术室低年资护士的应急能力寻找教育策略。方法将低年资护士应急能力作专项培训,培训周期为3个月,首月为静脉留置针穿刺培训,次月为危重护理记录单书写的培训、最后1月为手术室专项流程强化培训。结果培训后,低年资护士在值班过程中对急诊手术的准备及接诊,危重护理记录的书写等应急能力与培训前比较均有显著提高。结论对手术室低年资护士进行应急能力的专项培训速度快、针对性强,短期内提高了低年资护士在手术室护理工作中的应急能力,得到外科医生及麻醉医生的好评,增强了低年资护士的工作信心。

Objective To discuss the training effect of response capacity of junior nurses in the operating room for appro-priate education strategies. Methods Junior nurse were specially trained in terms of emergency response capacity for 3 months： the first month for venous indwelling needle puncture, the second month for critically ill records writing, and the last month for special process in the operating room. Results After the training, capacity of junior nurses with respects of emergency operation during preparation and admissions, written emergency response and nursing records of critically ill were significantly improved. Conclusion The special training is of fast in speed and targeted, and also can elevate the confidence of the junior nurse.
